We strive for perfection, but we only offer returns in the rare event that your mural arrives with a defect or damage. Please send us a photograph showing the full layout of the mural along with a close-up of any defects for a return to be considered. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on murals that have been partially installed, as installation practices vary. To ensure satisfaction, we recommend thoroughly inspecting your wallpaper by laying it out on the floor upon arrival, before installation begins. Returns or exchanges are not available once installation is underway.

During our popular site-wide sales, the crafting period may extend to 25-30 business days. While we stick to these timelines, it's possible you could receive your order a bit earlier, so we appreciate your patience and flexibility. For sample orders, we usually ship within a few business days, though they may follow the normal 10-14 business days schedule. If you need to make changes to your order, please let us know within 24 hours of purchase. We take great care to ensure your wallpaper is well-packaged before it leaves our facility. Despite our best efforts, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please promptly contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Remember to keep all the packaging materials and damaged items, as they are necessary for processing your claim. Our team is here to support you with any shipping concerns you may have. In almost all applications you will be able to remove your wallpaper with little to no damage. However because every wall and paint combination is unique, we cannot guarantee against minor paint peel during the removal process.

Our wallpapers are crafted to meet high standards, but due to factors beyond our control such as surface conditions, paints, primers, and textures, we cannot offer a warranty or guarantee. To ensure your satisfaction and compatibility with your specific environment, we highly recommend ordering a sample before making your final purchase.
